Return Due To Change of Mind
Custom Designs May Not be Returned Due To a Change of Mind
If for any reason a custom design return is agreed upon by us there will be a 25% restocking fee and no refund on the cost of shipping or any shipping related expenses.
Disc Golf Swag will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a
request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are
returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping. Prepaid return label costs, if sent, will be discounted from the refund amount.
Returns and Our $40 Free Shipping Threshold
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $40 or more.
If you need to return an item, please note that this can affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping promotion. If a return causes your final order total to drop below the $40 threshold, your refund will be adjusted to account for the shipping fees.
Specifically, two costs will be deducted from your refund amount:
- The original, outbound shipping fee that was waived when you placed your order.
- The cost of the return shipping label used to send the item(s) back to us.
Example: You place an order for $55 and receive free shipping. You then decide to return a $25 item. Your new order total is now $30, which is below the $40 free shipping minimum. Your refund for the $25 item will be reduced by both our standard shipping fee and the cost of the return shipping label.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to original payment method or store credit for a future purchase, if agreed upon. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the return label or notice of return approval.
(Disc Golf Swag) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.
