What logo files do you need?

Send the best file you have, and we will tell you honestly if it will not print well:

• Vector (AI, EPS, SVG) is ideal. Scales to disc size with no softening. Your brand team almost certainly has one.
• PNG with a transparent background is the practical alternative. A logo saved on a white square prints as a logo on a white square.
• 300 DPI minimum for anything raster. A logo pulled from your website is usually 72 DPI and will look fuzzy.
• Simplify for plastic. Fine gradients, hairline rules and very low-contrast marks lose definition. A one- or two-colour version of your logo usually prints better than the full lockup.

Can we combine our logo with individual names?

Yes, and this is the version people remember. Personalization is per disc, so a run of 40 can carry the company mark on every disc and a different employee name on each one — all at the same volume price, because the discount is based on total units rather than how many share a design.

For onboarding gifts or a sales-kickoff giveaway, that difference between "branded" and "mine" is the whole point.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

How long do corporate orders take?

Add shipping transit on top. For an event with a fixed date, order four to six weeks ahead at corporate volumes. Tell us your date before you order and we will confirm whether it is achievable rather than letting you discover it late.

That is still dramatically faster than the six-to-eight week lead times typical of promotional suppliers.
