Order by December 15 for a custom disc to arrive before Christmas. Custom discs are made to order, so the deadline is production time plus shipping transit — not just shipping. That is why the date is earlier than it would be for something sitting on a shelf.

Why December 15 and not later
A standard order goes through production in 2–3 business days, then ships. December 15 leaves room for both, plus the margin that December genuinely requires — Christmas is one of our two busiest periods of the year, alongside Father's Day, and carrier networks are under load at the same time.
It is a real date, not a padded one. If you order on the 15th, your disc is being made that week.
Large orders need more room
Orders of 100 or more discs take 5–7 business days in production rather than 2–3, so the same December 15 date does not apply. Get large orders in by early December, and message us before you order so we can confirm your date is achievable.
A 100-disc order placed in mid-December is not a Christmas order, and we would rather tell you that up front than take the money and miss it.

Why custom takes longer than stock
Nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting. Each disc is printed after you order it, which is exactly what makes personalization possible — and why a custom order cannot be treated like a same-day dispatch.
The upside is that 2–3 business days is still dramatically faster than the six-to-eight weeks typical of promotional printers.
What if you miss December 15?
Two honest options:
- A gift card. Delivered by email, so there is no shipping deadline at all, and the recipient designs exactly the disc they want. Ours start at $50.
- Order anyway and gift the design. Print the live preview of the disc you designed, wrap that, and let the real disc arrive in January. For a personalized gift this works better than it sounds — the design is the thoughtful part.
Common questions
Does free shipping change the timing? No. U.S. shipping is free over $50 and is not a slower service — the deadline is the same.
Can I pay for faster shipping to beat the deadline? Faster transit does not shorten production. If you are close to the line, ask us before ordering rather than after.
Can I change my design after ordering? Contact us immediately. Once a disc is printed it cannot be changed — it is personalized to you.
What about mini markers? Same production times, same December 15 date.
